At Schneider Electric, our people make a difference.We are currently accepting general resume submissions in the Purchasing/Supply Chain area for individuals who are interested in participating in Schneider Electric's Marco Polo International Recruitment Program. The Marco Polo Program provides recent graduates with the opportunity to gain international job/life experience early in their careers and then build upon this global foundation as they continue to develop with Schneider. This unique program allows an employee to embark on a 2-year (approximate) international assignment working at a Schneider location in a different country. Marco Polo is structured as a localization program, meaning that for the duration of the assignment the participant will work directly for the host country and all pay and benefits will be in local currency and according to the local market. After successful completion of the assignment the participant will return to a Schneider Electric location within the U.S. to continue with their career development.
Marco Polo participants in general must also meet several requirements in order to take part in the program.
