Expediting Team Leader

Work with a growing Dynamic supplier in the Fort Worth area. Ability to perform as an expediter and provide vision and inspiration while supervising a team and working closely with other team leaders. An Associates Degree or equivalent of five years related experience or combination required. High proficiency in Excel Word and Access. Ability to carry out cost/benefits analysis, negotiate cost, develop and produce financial budgets, reports and forecasts. A positive people person that can build long term relationship with key customer/supplier contacts. Motivates others with their goals and keeps abreast of market developments. Understands customers' commercial and business objectives in order to meet with their needs.
REQUIREMENTS
An Associates degree or 5 years related experience or combination required. High proficiency in Excel, Word and Access. Must have good people skills; ability to communicate well and be self motivated.
