Bilingual Purchasing Agent

Purchasing Agent for wholesale distributor of heavy-duty construction aftermarket parts. Background experince in related areas preferred.

This position involves analyzing, quotations and negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, placing purchase orders and follow up to back orders. Maintain appropriate levels of inventory at all times. Sourcing new products and new suppliers. Keeping system prices update. Prepare analytical reports and forecasts. The right candidate must be fully bilingual English and Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong organizational, negotiation and analytical skills
Excellent communication in English and Spanish
Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
Must demonstrate initiative and ability of handle multiple tasks, analyze mathematical data.
