•Tracking delivery of merchandise to US and European distribution centers

•Maintaining professional vendor relationships, SKU maintenance set-up and updates, communicate best sellers, timely payment and settlement of invoices

•Assist Buyer with product development

•Understanding the target customer and product trends in the US, Europe and Japan. Shop and conduct regular comparisons of benchmark competitors. Identify opportunities and challenges for current and future business

•Maintaining excellent communication with cross functional teams of Planning, IT, Marketing, Customer Service, Categorization and E-Commerce; serving as the key department contact for Customer Service and the distribution center

•Manage business by tracking and analyzing sales information in order to identify opportunities to increase sales, improve margins, maximize inventories and decrease markdowns

•Understand basic components of driving a business based on sales, selling reports, history and company trends and partner with planning to develop balanced investments and inventory strategies

•Understand and participate in company vision and core values

REQUIREMENTS
•College degree in business, marketing or retailing preferred

•Possess strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills

•1-2 years of retail buying experience preferred

•Possess computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Excel

•High integrity and commitment to company core values and mission

•Internet Retail Experience preferred
