Subcontract Administrator, Senior

Key Role:Participate in and attend teaming and proposal meetings as a senior subcontract administrator for Booz Allen. Assist with the formulation of price strategy and price to win in conjunction with prime contract and project leads. Review the prime solicitation package and draft subcontract solicitation package to support prime proposals. Conduct price analysis evaluation of subcontractor proposals and write a subcontract price analysis narrative for prime contract proposals and subcontract plans. Review the prime contract and draft subcontract terms and conditions, conduct subcontract negotiations, and handle ongoing file administration and write-up for CPSR compliance. Conduct ongoing subcontract issuances and pre- and post-award administration. Attend a program review for subcontract teammates and mentor and assist junior staff with post-award administration responsibilities.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with the administration of subcontracts to the federal government

-Experience in a CPSR-approved environment

-Experience with SAP, Deltek, Jamis, or similar financial systems

-BA or BS degree



Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with DoD contracting preferred
