Pediatric Occupational Therapist

TMC HealthCare is Southern Arizona's regional nonprofit hospital system with Tucson Medical Center and El Dorado Hospital at its core. As community hospitals, the staff of TMC and El Dorado Hospital comes to work each day to use their skills and expertise to improve the health of the entire community, from birth to the end of life.

Plans, organizes, and conducts occupational therapy programs in a variety of sensorimotor educational, recreational, and functional activities designed to help patients regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to their limitations. Evaluates, records and reports on patients progress.

Typical Patients: Variety of pediatric patients most are under 4 years of age, diagnoses include CP, Developmental delay, Down Syndrome, Autism, ADHD, Apraxia and TBI.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent masters or doctorate

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: License in state of AZ, Certification as OTR
