REQUIREMENTS
This position requires:
-Graduate degree from an accredited school/program
-Licensure in the state of Arizona/Eligibility for licensure in AZ
-One year of experience
-Commitment to excellence and outcomes driven patient care
-Ability to work well both independently and with a team
-Health documents (we can help you obtain these items): Physical, TB skin test or chest x-ray, MMR vaccination or titer, Hep B vaccination or declination.
-CPR/BCLS certification
