Manager Production Control - Resource Planning

Function/Program: Supply ChainJob Summary: Provide direction, counseling, training and instruction as required to the Resource Planning Team. Counsel the build teams in matters related to Supply Chain performance.Position Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in production related activities, Significant experience in Supply Chain Management Operations with an emphasis in constraint management, Supervisory experience; experience leading highly technical individuals a plus, Experience in working with multiple organizations driving to a common goal. Proficiency in Ms Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access, Strong decision making skills, Ability to self manage, Strong Presentation skills, Familiarity with Planning/Scheduling software application tools. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands, Excellent oral and written communication, Successful track record as a multi-discipline team leader preferred, Goal oriented, data-driven, with a strong sense of urgency, Working knowledge in APS, Lean Manufacturing, Demand Flow, Capacity Planning, and JIT manufacturing systems.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
