2nd & 3rd SHIFTS AVAILALBE
Rework for both Through-hole and SMT assemblies (complex).Operate Air Vac Rework
Complex routing of jumpers
Inspection of own work and other rework personnel
Can operate and train on any type of soldering assignment
May perform prototype assemblyPerform other related duties as assignedJob Requirements
-Able to demonstrate to others the J standard 001 B soldering for electronic assemblies.
-Able to demonstrate to others complex component recognition for through hole andSMT assemblies
-Remove fine pitch component without damage to board.
-Work to IPC-A610 Inspection standards.
-Mechanical aptitude is beneficial
-Proficient with ICS to review BOM's, perform router confirmations.-Knowledge and use of documentation files.
-Manual dexterity required
-Knowledge of use of different soldering tips.
-Demonstration of Safety and ESD practices
