MOST REPRESENTATIVE I :



Provide phone support to field to answer system questions/resolve problems.

Perform/participate in other projects or special assignments as requested.

Communicate problems to Team Leader and/or Supervisor that need to be communicated amongst team members and/or field. (For example, answers to commonly asked questions or the status of newly discovered system problems).
REQUIREMENTS


Education : High School diploma or equivalent required.

Language :Must be fluent in Spanish and English and the ability to read and write proficiently in both Spanish and English.

Experience :

1 year experience in: customer service, dealing with internal and external customers in both positive and difficult situations, and branch operations, acquired through working in a CCC branch as a Customer Service Representative.

or

2 years consumer finance branch experience and 6 months MOST Trainee acquired through working in a CCC branch



Accountability

Wrong answers or slow service from this department can have a negative impact on the branch operation in such areas as profitability, credit decisions, and service to our customers.



Problem-Solving/Analytical Abilities

Analytical skills used in problem solving situations.

Ability to listen and diagnose customer problems that could be ill-defined.

  Ability to identify whether problems require immediate technical support, requiring User Technicians or Team Leader/Supervisor assistance.



Communication Skills

Excellent phone and interpersonal skills used appropriately in dealing with co-workers, subordinates, and field employees.



Additional Requirements/Skills

Thorough working knowledge of Company policies/procedures, especially product offerings, state/federal regulations, credit scoring, and insurance regulations, the Maestro system, as it supports the daily operation of the branch.

Must be flexible and be able to work different shifts and travel to field locations, to provide maximum support to Citifinancial branch office on a regular and as-needed basis.

Detailed knowledge of administrative practices/procedures necessary to ensure sound branch operation.

Basic knowledge of accounting and systems as they relate to branch operations.

Must be certified in CareerTrack modules required for completion in the CSR position.
