We are currently hiring a Laser Specialist Sales Representative for our West Virginia and Virginia territory. We only hire “The Best of the Best”. Our sales culture is marked by teamwork, enthusiasm, motivation, customer centricity, success and winning. Our sales representatives rally behind an inspiring vision of positively changing the way an industry practices dentistry benefiting both doctors and patients. Biolase Representatives come from diverse backgrounds but have the following in common:

Our sales compensation program pays high rewards both financially and in the form of recognition. Our at plan compensation ranges between $165-185k, with our top performers earning in excess of $300-$400k. We will only consider sales champions who are the best in their current company and are looking to join an elite team of sales professionals that are committed to our vision.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements

•Documented, consistent top 10% sales champion
•No more than 3 jobs out of college
•B2B sales success 3-5 years
•Medical/Dental Sales Champion 3-5 years
•4-year college degree
•Previous Fortune 500 company sales experience is preferred (i.e. Xerox, Gallo wine, ADP, Canon, Black & Decker, Stryker, Ethicon).
