Information Technology Security Specialist 303275

Lockheed Martin Information Technology - Professional Services has two immediate openings for an Information Technology Security Specialist to perform duties in at least two of the three skill areas associated with Penetration Testing and Evaluation, Malware Analysis/Reverse Engineering, and/or Incident Response/Forensic Evaluation. For Penetration Testing and Evaluation, Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) certification is preferred. Must have real-world experience conducting testing and evaluation of large (1000+ nodes with multilayered security) wide area networks (WAN) deployed on a global scale. Knowledge of hacker tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) desired, with ability to research vulnerabilities and create exploits based on 0-day exploits. For Malware Analysis/Reverse Engineering, work is performed with scientific rigor such that all findings are repeatable. Must have the ability to program in one language, preferably C and/or C++. Delphi knowledge is a plus. Ability to write scripts for both Windows and UNIX/LINUS environments preferred. Reverse engineering/exploit analysis experience preferred, along with good X86 assembly language capability. Network, socket programming, and thorough knowledge of Windows APIs preferred. For Incident Response/Forensic Evaluation, must have real-world experience as a network/intrusion damage team member and provision of leadership and consulting on findings, mitigation efforts, and future network defense strategies. Previous experience deploying and managing/administering firewalls, switches/routers, and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) required. Network administration experience in mixed environments is a plus. Direct work experience using data recovery software required. Ability to perform imaging and forensic analysis of RAID servers using EnCase or FTK required. SANS/CISSP desired, but not required. These are full-time positions located at Ft. Belvoir, VA. REQUIREMENTS
U.S. citizen with a current Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility (TS/SCI). In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, programming/scripting, network intrusion incident response, firewall administration, IDS (Snort/Snort In-line/RealSecure), vulnerability assessment tools (ISS Vulnerability Scanner, Harris Stat Scanner, Retina Scanner), exploitation tools, analysis tools, Cisco IOS, Core Impact, Honey Pots/Honey Nets, and EnCase/FTK Data Recovery Software Tools required. Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills desired. Ability to understand and relay detailed technical jargon and terminology to both field experts and non-technical audiences desired. Ability to routinely develop detailed written reports on technical findings that are distributed to key leaders/decision makers desired. Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
