We promote a challenging, growth-oriented work environment where you have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge to enhance your career.Malcolm Pirnie is seeking a Hydrogeologist or Geologist for our Federal/Industrial/ Environmental Restoration practice in our Houston, TX office. This position will involve preparing work plans, conducting field investigations, performing aquifer tests, evaluating analytical results, and preparing reports for site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, and assisting in the performance of feasibility studies, remedial designs, and remedial actions. The candidate must have good organization skills and excellent communication skills, including technical writing. Must have experience with Microsoft applications and web-based applications. Knowledge of GIS and experience with GPS and geophysical equipment (magnetometer/geophysical instruments) is a plus. Modeling experience would also be a plus. This position will include a mix of field and office assignments with some assignments out-of-town. EOE.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a B.S. in Hydrogeology or Geology; an M.S. in Hydrogeology, Geology, or related field is preferred.
