Healthcare Performance Improvement Coordinator Full-Time Sherman Oaks Hospital, a 153-bed hospital located near the 101 & 405 freeways seeks a professional to coordinate internal departments with external entities & ensure compliance with policies & regulatory & accreditation standards. Develop, coordinate, & implement population-based disease management & preventive health programs. Perform corrective actions & QI processes, PI database management & analysis, medical record reviews, & case review involving NPSG. Requires current CA RN, LVN, or RT license. ASN or BSN, CPHQ pref. 4 years of clinical or hospital exp with 2 -3 yrs in QI activities desired. Effective interpersonal communication skills & proficiency in Excel & statistical analysis essential.
