We are seeking a full time OTA for our facility in Mesa, AZ. Among the services we offer at Citadel Care Center are 128 skilled care beds, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapy, and respite services.

The Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) delivers rehab care to residents ensuring all applicable laws, regulations and Life Care Centers standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure in good standing. Must have an active OTA license in current state. SNF experience a plus.
