Caregiver

Danville Services is now hiring enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable individuals as Caregivers in our residential settings working with children and adults that have developmental disabilities. Part-time and full-time positions available. If you would really like to make a difference in the lives of these individuals, then please apply. As a caregiver you would have a key role in helping our residents move towards independence and increased self-esteem. REQUIREMENTS
The job requires:
* You must be at least 21 years of age
* Have a valid Arizona Driver's License and a good
driving record
* You must be able to pass a fingerprint and
background check
* Get along well with different types of people
* Be professional and polite at all times
* Be able to work under supervision
* Be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds

You will also be talking to and reporting to guardians and case managers, be able to be part of a team with the common good of the resident at hand. You will be going out into the community on a regular basis with the individuals and must be able to help them with all aspects of self-care including, but not limited to, toileting, showering, teeth-brushing, and dressing.
