Admin Assistant to support VP and small office of 8 in a 30 year old construction firm. Will support total of 100 employees if including on-site staff. Duties will include but are not limited to: answering phones, editing invoices and checking for accuracy, light accounts payable, file maintenance, and basic math knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will be sharp and analytical with a great phone personality. Experience in the construction industry is preferred, but not necessary. Knowledge of Timberline software is also preferred. APPLY TODAY! Need to fill immediately!
