Short Take: Red Sky lays off 70 workers

Interactive consulting company Red Sky has laid off roughly 70 employees to
adjust its growth to deal with the changing market conditions, a
company representative said. Red Sky, which employs roughly 550 workers,
said it offered employees a severance package and will assist them with
outplacement. The company said it needed to reduce its staff as a matter of
streamlining operations and accelerating profitability.
