Training Specialist

Responsible for coordinating training activities for the Mt. Prospect facility. Designs and develops training programs and/or identifies off-the-shelf training programs to meet company goals and regulatory requirements of the FDA, OSHA, etc. Conducts designated training sessions to ensure that employee education requirements are met. Ensures that training database and files are accurate and meet cGMP requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
B.S./B.A. or equivalent plus three or more years’ experience in training/education and project management in a GMP-oriented manufacturing environment. Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint are required; proficiency with Excel and Access are desirable.
