Training Manager


Job Description

The Training Manager is responsible for conducting and/or scheduling educational courses for employees within the entire iSite PACS business unit. Responsibilities may include the development, implementation and/or maintenance of training materials and programs.

In this role you will provide hands on, in house training to internal employees as well as developing course content for iSite PACS for new hires. You will provide departmental training as new products or version are released and will work with partners and GPOs to train their sales teams.

In addition this person will work with cross-functional departments to ensure that course materials reflect current and up-to-date features, as well as instruct participants in classroom lecture sessions at regional and national meetings, interface with internal and external customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s desired.
Minimum 5 years experience in technical training
Must have very good interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate orally in English and in writing. This includes the ability to handle difficult situations and deal effectively and harmoniously with various personnel, both internally and externally, at all levels.
Must be very knowledgeable in the use of appropriate PC computer software required to perform job responsibilities, i.e. familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
May require travel
