Technical Support Technician

Responsibilities: Kforce is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Technician to work with a diagnostics company in the Orange County area. This person will be responsible for performing routine laboratory bench work with particular emphasis on immunodiagnostics and microbiology. The primary responsibility is to provide technical support for diagnostic validations, including product and process improvements for ELISAs, IFAs, and Luminex assays. Duties also include: Maintain a laboratory notebook and submit written reports. Contribute to the department and the overall company objectives. Support all applicable regulations including but not limited to: FDA, ISO, and CMD/CAS requirements. Perform laboratory experiments including, but not limited to: Perform immunoassays and other laboratory experiments. Perform general laboratory activities including reagent formulation and production. Grow bacteria and viruses and perform routine cell culture.
