Senior Manager Quality Systems SOLID DOSE $$$

Position Description Multi-national, multi-location, growth engine company looking for a Senior Manager to LEAD the overall Quality Systems Program for this large solid dose manufacturing facility. Growth potential to Corporate Headquarters outside of Philadelphia. Reporting to a no-nonsense, no politics, Director of Quality Assurance the position allows ultimate freedom in setting up formal Quality Systems.

Requirements
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering with at least 7 - 10 years of QA experience in the Pharmaceutical or related industry.
•At least 5 years of previous supervisory or management experience.
•Strong audit and Root Cause Analysis experience.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and leadership skills are required.
•Teamwork and negotiation skills to effectively gain agreement and support across functional groups.
•Experience with Trackwise (or other exception management system) and quality metric tracking.
•Excellent computer skills and an appreciation for SPC and data evaluation.
