Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing the daily activities of the PBM Implementation Coordinators and providing input for new product development and process improvements. PBM products integrate pharmacy benefit offerings such as mail, specialty, clinical programs, member enrollment, data services and pharmacy claims processing. Implementation activities include new product development and integration into current processes and systems, analyzing and documenting impact of changes on client pharmacy benefits, project management of the implementation process including internal and external documentation, and post-implementation monitoring for client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Must be process oriented. College degree preferred or relevant years of experience; Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills; Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for client; Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines; Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs; Project management experience required, management experience preferred.
