REQUIREMENTS
Excellent opportunity for long term work in a diverse atmosphere. Licensure in AZ is required
Excellent customer service skills
Six months experience in healthcare or pharmacy preferred
§ One year experience in Call Center preferred

Pharmacy Background
§ Ideal candidate should have at least 6 months experience in a Pharmacy environment. Pharmacy Technician certification required.

Good Communication skills
§ Must be able to work under stressful and challenging situations
§ Must be able to communicate well with customer
§ Must have excellent listening skills; Empathy; understand and respond to expressed feelings, thoughts, and needs of customers
§ Must be self-confident and assured in personal and customer service behaviors

Attendance
§ Must commit to 4 wks of training
§ Must be flexible with hours (Monday through Friday 6:00am to 8:00pm Saturday 6am to 3pm.)
PC Literate
§ Keyboard knowledge and proficiency in 10-key is essential
§ Must have Windows/internet experience; comfortable navigating through various applications and toggling between screens

§ Typing speed 35 to 40wpm

§ Must pay attention to detail

§ Able to multi-task in a stressful environment
§ Flexible and able to adjust to a changing work environment
§ Must demonstrate good time management skills
§ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
