Are you interested in serving as a key team member in the delivery of pharmacy services for Medicaid and other publicly-funded insurance programs in Vermont?

MedMetrics Health Partners (MHP) is the pharmacy benefit management company (PBM) working with the Office of Vermont Health Access (OVHA), and is affiliated with the University of Massachusetts’ Medical School. MHP works closely with the State of Vermont in the strategic planning, development, implementation, and daily management of its comprehensive pharmacy coverage.

MedMetrics is currently seeking both a Data Manager and a Program Representative to work as part of the OVHA team. Both positions are located in Williston, VT, at the OVHA offices, with day shift work schedules Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will have experience in healthcare/hospital administration, pharmacy services, pharmacy benefit management, and/or publicly-funded health insurance administration.

The Data Manager is responsible for oversight of member and pharmacy claims data collection and output, including developing and maintaining reports, problem-solving data-mining, and understanding and analyzing data trends.

The Program Representative is primarily responsible for working with the retail pharmacies across the state in the processing of prescription drug claims and serving as an educational/outreach liaison between OVHA and the retail pharmacy community. Experienced Pharmacy Technicians are encouraged to apply.
