JOB SUMMARY:

Provides pharmacy services by performing duties such as dispensing pharmaceuticals, maintaining records and spending the majority of time on additional procedures such as individualization of patient care through chart reviews, recommending criteria/standards for drug use evaluation and acting as an internal resource in a predominant work area.
REQUIREMENTS
Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Bachelor degree in Pharmacy with current registration as a Licensed Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.


Ability to organize work. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to operate related equipment such as computers. Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
