Responsibilities:
The Clinical Benefit Pharmacist will facilitate CBS process and compiles medical evidence in support of CBS ;Works with Call Center to seamlessly communicate requests for appeals and response per ERISA and Medicare Part D requirements.Communicates with external CBS organizations such as MCMC when required to complete CBS process; Works with and presents CBS cases to Patient Safety and Ethics Committee when eeded; Manages CBS Technicians and details related to case management, case timelines and documentation of CBS outcomes.Communicate final determination of CBS cases to technicians for action.Communicates CBS decisions and outcomes to account team, clients (if appropriate), Call Center and members.Produces and maintains all sales and marketing materials regarding CBS programs.

Qualifications:
BS Pharmacy; PharmD with managed care or pharmacy practice residency preferred; 3 years of managed care experience preferred.
