Org Marketing Statement Serve on an interdisciplinary team and/or as a primary health care provider responsible to individual patients to assure and promote the safe, rational, efficacious, and cost-effective use of drug therapy with the ultimate goal of achieving definite outcomes toward improvement of the patient's health status and quality of life.Serve as an educator of pharmacy practice and specialty residents and to students enrolled in the School of Pharmacy, providing these students with direct experience in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients and emphasizing the patient care philosophy of pharmacy practice as delineated in the school's mission statement.Actively participate in research activities and to serve as role model and leader for specialty area by publishing in peer review journals, presenting at local and ational meetings, and by participating in community related outreach programs.
Minimum Education: Pharm.D. or BCPS Certification (or Equivalent), Colorado State Board of Pharmacy License, Basic Life Support Certification
Minimum Experience: 2 Years of related experience
Testing Required. Other Information Pharmacy and Therapeutics operations and formulary compliance.
Conditions of EmploymentAs an Employee you will need to be able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
