Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs
In this role you will be responsible for the development of global publishing capabilities within the US and at various international sites, the implementation of infrastructure needed to meet agency expectations for eCTD submissions, and the implementation of integrated submission lifecycle management processes and tools within Hospira. Additionally, you will manage a regulatory staff of approximately eight who are involved in submission compilation, distribution and archival.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or information technology discipline is required
Minimum 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Regulatory Affairs
Experience in IT or Research & Development would be beneficial
Experience with electronic publishing (Documentum®/Core Dossier®/docuBridge®) or other document management/electronic publishing systems preferred
Demonstrated effectiveness at managing multiple activities and meeting deadlines is mandatory
Experience with project and people management is required
