Industry Non-Traditional Pharmacist

MSN / Pharmstaff is currently looking for clinical pharmacists with retail experience. The clinical pharmacist will be responsible for coordinating and responding to non-medical inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products from health care providers, consumers, sales representatives, and other customers in a call center, Drug Information environment. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to responding to inquiries regarding stability and storage, labeling clarification, dispensing information and administration, as well as maintaining product reference files. This position also has responsibility for developing and maintaining standard response letters and resources consistent with established Pharmaceutical Information and standard industry practices. REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed and eligible to practice in the state of IL. Graduation from and accredited school of pharmacy is also required. The clinical Pharmacist have a broad knowledge of the customer products and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbally and in writing. Additionally, this position must be able to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask are essential for this position.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
