In House CRA

A biotech company in South San Francisco, CA is in need of an In House Sr. CRA/CPM. Candidates need to have greater than 5 years CRA monitoring experience and there is a STRONG preference for the following therapeutic areas or experience: Ophthalmology , CNS. This position requires strong computer and communication skills. At this point the client would like to review local candidates only. Client is looking for someone to start by September 1st; Travel is 30%.Responsibilities to include: manage CROs and other CRAs at a project level, coordinate contracts, budgets, and grants management at a project and site level, coordinate supplies forecasting and distribution, mentor and train Clinical Research Associates on monitoring procedures including Study Qualification, Initiation, Interim Monitoring, and Close-Out visits, assure adherence to the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOP's), ICH GCP and case report form (CRF) guidelines, Requirements: Bachelors degree in scientific discipline, RN or BSN degree, or equivalent.
