Some of their service lines include compliance assessments pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sales and marketing activities, and assessment of clinical trial activities, Medicaid rebate calculations and determination of Best Price and Average Manufacturer Price, Medicare Coordination of Benefits Services, Medicare Federal Healthcare Contract Consulting, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Services, Claims Management Reviews and Assessments, Prescription Drug Formulary Rebate Review, and Financial and Operational Consulting.Responsibilities: Directors focus on client service delivery for Healthcare Pharmaceutical and Health Plans clients. Job responsibilities include:
Coordination and management of consulting resources and onsite teams;
Maintenance and monitoring of resource management tools;
Resource budgeting and client billing for consulting services;
Utilization of strong skills in fostering working relationships with client personnel at all levels;
Communicating with consulting team leads;
Facilitating client meetings;
Developing team work plans;
Coordination of project team activities.Additional responsibilities include actively participating in practice development, supporting existing client project teams when required, and leading/supporting prospective client pursuits.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree;
Extensive healthcare industry knowledge including pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or managed care;
10 years minimum combined experience in pharmaceutical industry and consulting;
Extensive financial analysis skills a plus;
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills;
Strong understanding of project management and project facilitation;
Ability to work with and direct large project teams;
Demonstrated business development and relationship management expertise;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, advanced knowledge of utilizing Microsoft Access and Excel;
Extensive financial analysis skills and overall business consulting experience;
