Director, Pharmacy

Hospital seeking a Director to manage 8 Pharmacists and 6 technicians. Does not require prior Director experience!

Day to day operations of all departmental activities
Ensure the department meets all legal and accreditation requirements Coordinate department activities, operations and clinical services Supervise, and direct personnel work flow Prepare Department budget Evaluate drug therapy policies, protocols and procedures Promote cost containment programs and procedures Train and evaluate performance of staff
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree Licensed in the state of Florida Management experience in hospital setting required
