Development Scientist II

Responsibilities: A north Orange County diagnostic company is in search of a candidate to be responsible for providing specific scientific, technical and compliance support of assigned projects within Immunodiagnostic product development team. Responsibilities for this role include: Maintain broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories. Make major contributions to scientific literature and conferences. Serve as an in-house consultant and advise management on scientific decisions. Use professional concepts and relationships to contribute to the development and completion of company goals and objectives in creative and effective ways. Support all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, FDA and ISO requirements. Interface with various departments. This role normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
