Conduct clinical reviews to identify drug related issues such as, duplication of therapy and drug-drug interactions Answer telephone and written requests from providers; conduct research to reach a decision on all requests. Reviews clinical documentation to analyze each profile according to our established guidelines. Issue prior authorization(s) according to established NJ Drug Utilization Review Board (DURB) protocols. Maintains knowledge of MEP criteria, policies and procedures. Create request record for beneficiaries utilizing POSWeb. Any other duties as assigned.Travel Requirements: None
