Chemical Technicians

Yoh Scientific, a leading provider of long- and short-term technology talent to knowledge-based companies, has a six month to one year ++contract position for a nine (9) CHEMICAL TECHNICIANS. This position is for a World leader in Medical Devices at their Newark, DE facility. Hourly rate is$16.00 to $18.00 per hour You must be filling to work second or third shifts. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Chem Technicians (9) needed to operate engineering prototype instruments. Will be responsible for supporting the running of engineering prototypes. Position requires an Associates Degree in Chemistry or equivalent and knowledge and at least 5 years experience in the field of chemistry/laboratories. Must be capable of functioning in a team setting and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with MS Office and Project software applications is preferred.

Also looking for Chemical Technicians that have some experience working with clinical instruments, processing data into Excel or other programs, troubleshooting instrument problems, preparing clinical samples and writing procedures. A skill set similar to a Medical Technologist is ideal. These positions require a MS in Chemistry, Biology or Medical Technology or equivalent experience.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EITHER 4PM TO 12:30AM OR MIDNIGHT TO 8:30AM AND MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. There might be some dayshift positions available but individual must be willing to work shifts if asked.



REQUIRED SKILLS:

Five years experience in a lab. MS Office. WORK 4PM to 12:30AM OR Midnight to 8:30AM!
