TRANSPORTATION STORE REPRESENTATIVES

DART First State, a division of DelDOT, is recruiting for two Transportation Stores Representatives. One position is located in Wilmington and the hours are 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. M – F; may require working different shifts. The second position is a full-time floater (primary back-up for other Reps/locations), working a flexible schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. M-F, and S – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Normal hours will be 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Reps are responsible for providing schedule/fare information, ticket sales, transit ticket inventories, balancing cash, and bank deposits. Salary Range: $10.76 - $14.35 per hour plus a comprehensive benefit package. The successful candidates must have the following qualifications:

-Must be high school graduate or equivalent.
-Must have one (1) year experience, (within the last 3 years) working as a bank teller, retail cashier, check cashing agency teller, casino teller, or railroad ticket agent.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Strong mathematical skills
-Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
-Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment.
-Must be available to work all shifts, six days a week at any location.
-Must pass a data entry and a math test.
-A pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check will be performed.
