Traffic Coordinator (Coordinating the airing of commercials)

Local division of major cable company in partnership with Venturi Staffing is in
need of high energy, detail oriented traffic coordinator. Qualified candidate
will be responsible for the coordinating of commercials airing on cable t.v.
Successful candidate should have extreme attention to detail, excellent data
entry skills, and be a quick study. Duties include but are not limited to: data
entry of commercial information, running the schedule organizer, then make
manual adjustments to ensure that commercial airtime is maximized. Billing of
commercials aired and trouble shooting any invoices, customer complaint issues
regarding their commercial.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualified candidate should have excellent customer
service skills, take good notes and have the ability to follow their own notes.
