SUMMARY
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence and self-initiative. While this opening will initially be an entry-level position, the right candidate will be offered the opportunity to assume additional responsibilities at the Company within a short time period.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare shipping paperwork
Work with shipping manager to organize and schedule deliveries and shipping routes
Work closely with the accounting department to ensure all orders are invoiced accurately and timely
Generate late order report and distribute to customer service department
Work closely with shipping/packaging department on manufacturing floor to expedite late orders and communicate problems to customer service department

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work 10:00am to 7:00pm M-F (with 1 hour lunch)
Willingness to spend portion of time (approx. 25%) on manufacturing floor (in warehouse with no air conditioning)
Strong Microsoft office skills
Prior Great Plains experience helpful but not required
Ability to develop effective relationships with co-workers and customers
Good organizational skills
Model ethics and integrity
