REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will:Have 8 years minimum experience
Be team oriented
Have experience in hospitality and/or senior environment design
Be experienced with project management, budget development, design selections, client relationship, specification documentation, FF&E procurement management, development of construction documents
Have technical knowledge of finish materials
Be AutoCAD proficient
