SAP FI/CO Configuration Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Description/Objectives:


The primary role of this position is to support and maintain Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (CCE) in the global implementation of SAP in the area of Fixed Assets and Investment Management. In addition, this role will be involved in the translation of CCE’s business requirements into configuration within a global SAP R/3 model.


The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, knowledge of accounting and business processes particularly in the area of Fixed Asset accounting and Asset Tax books, and experience using Microsoft Tools. In addition they must be able to work well within a team to meet deadlines and be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while dealing with ongoing support.Primary Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain settings in SAP for Fixed Assets and Investment Management.

Support Fixed Asset business including acquisitions, tax management and reporting, year-end processing, and accounting support.

Support Capital Planning team for Investment management tracking and reporting, system support, and financial accounting.

Document applicable business processes and procedures in the assigned areas.

Develop and maintain end-user documentation and training materials.

Develop detailed functional specifications for FRICE objects and perform functional unit testing.

Develop reporting requirements and work with Reporting team to delivery end-user reports.

Create and maintain test scripts and participate in integration testing with appropriate end-user and technical groups.

Manage and ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer of SAP skills to other team members in the assigned area.

Provide technical consultation with business users.

Identify, analyze, assign and/or complete assigned problem tickets.

Ensure systems availability is at or above committed service levels.

Assist teams on other CCE projects in order to ensure successful integration of SAP and non-SAP functionality.

Willing and able to travel 10 – 20%, depending on projects (International travel may be required)

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualification/Requirements:
BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, or related discipline with an IT focus, or equivalent years of progressive experience.

Two plus years SAP R/3 experience in relevant areas of FI/CO REQUIRED. SAP R/3 4.7 experience a plus

SAP implementation and/or support experience required

Multinational SAP implementation or support experience a strong plus

French language skills a plus
