Recruitment Specialist

Purpose:
Our client has an immediate need for a Recruitment Specialist in their Lakeland, FL office.

This positions requires:

-BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field or three years plus of successful recruitment experience, especially at the engineer or scientist level.
-Knowledge of Florida and Federal labor laws.
-Excellent verbal, written and interviewing skills.
-Detail oriented with follow-up skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Overtime and travel required.
