Mechanical Engineer

A leading manufacturer of Micro and Drip Irrigation products is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to develop new manufacturing processes, participate in new product development, troubleshoot and improve existing manufacturing processes and equipment.

Requirements:

Job requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent. Significant experience conceptualizing and designing production machinery and hands on experience building, installing and troubleshooting production machinery. Work experience with production extrusion of polyethylene or other polyolefins. Experience with industrial electrical systems. Good communication, organization and analytical skills that include effective verbal and written communication. High computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel. CAD using well known solid modeling software. Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy, work environment. Experience in the irrigation industry preferred by not required.
