The Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department. The Manager works collaboratively with other hospital services, medical staff, and administration to ensure that quality patient care is delivered. Duties include hiring, evaluating and counseling personnel, setting standards for patient care, developing a safe, professional environment, allocating and managing department resources, and providing direct patient care as needed. Demonsrtates ability to perform competenicies as outlined in Radiology Competency Assessment Tools. REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Qualifications: BS degree preferred. Current CRT, Flouro, BLS Provider. Minimum two years experience in area of specialization. At least one year experience in a management role preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving and planning skills. Ability to work well as part of the leadership team. Ability to direct others and negotiate for desired results.
