Landscape Planner-3 to 5 yrs of exp.

Purpose: We are one of the fastest growing architectural firms in the United States and we are looking for a Landscape Planner to be part of our ambitious team. We specialize in residential design and have come up with the most innovative and creative structures while we continue to revolutionize the architectural industry.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate that has planning experience with master planned communities as well as professional experience in site planning with residential and commercial projects. This person should also have experience with subdivisions and community design. Within the design capacity a candidate should have experience with theme design, schematics and experience with design development level documents.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone that is skilled with hand sketching as well as highly proficient with AutoCAD 2000 or higher, Desktop design and publishing.

This person is required to have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Landscape Planner and Architect. Project Management experience is a definite plus!

Salary:

We are paying between $40,000 to $65,000 a year depending on the level of professional experience. This also includes a full benefits package as well as a 401 (K) plan and annual salary bonuses pending a performance evaluation.
