Histology Tech - with ASCP certification (HT or HTL) and FL license (or eligible) for large independent pathology group in Sarasota, FL.
Facility type: Pathology LaboratoryCurrently seeking two FT Histology staff with ASCP certification (HT or HTL) and licensed (or eligible) in the State of Florida. Prefer two-five years experience.
First position in Surgical Grossing lab in large hospital. Frozen section and grossing experience preferred. Daytime shifts.
Second position in state-of-the-art lab. Performs specific laboratory bench work dealing with histological, microscopic, and immunological procedures. Early-morning shifts.
Ability to function as part of a team, attention to detail, accuracy, and good computer skills are essential.Sarasota Pathology has been serving the medical community since 1975 and has long established relationships with area providers.
