Coordinator, Public Functions

The University of Central Florida is a metropolitan research university with an enrollment of 45,000. Established in 1963, undergraduate and graduate academic programs are delivered through 10 colleges. Located in Orlando, Florida, the University enjoys a rich heritage of cultural, educational, industrial, and recreational activities.

The university is currently seeking a Coordinator, Public Functions. This A&P position is located in our Community Relations department.

Salary: Negotiable

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

Preferences: Prefer candidate to have interdisciplinary graduate and undergraduate work that includes public affairs/administration and political science/international affairs, experience in coordinating speakers, events, and projects on regional, state, national, and international issues, and background in desktop publishing and designing promotional materials. Knowledge of global cultures and foreign language training is a plus.
