Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and management of a single family, multifamily and/or townhome community. Supervise, motivate, and provide leadership to the community team. Deal directly with the customer. Address and resolve problems relating to sales, service or the construction process. Prepare all budgets. Monitor and approve change orders, invoice payments and cost to subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Monitor land take requirements and release sections for development. Oversee transition of community to homeowner's association.A bachelor's degree is preferred and at least 5 years experience in the home-building industry. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Supervisory experience required. Excellent organizational and communication skills necessary.
