Care and ServiceProviders Needed
Hope Community Resources, Inc. is looking for persons to assist folks with the supports they need to participate within their community of Juneau:
An active 15 year-old non-verbal young man with severe autism who enjoys structure, consistency and praise for accomplishing his goals would like an energetic, patient person with good observation and communication skills.
A 42 year-old woman with Cerebral Palsy is seeking persons with experience to assist her through services in her home and community. Both day and night shifts are available.
A 22 year-old experiencing mental retardation and seizure activity enjoys game shows with her favorite being the Wheel of Fortune. She is looking for someone to assist her with her adult daily living needs and access to her community.
An active 18 year-old young man with Muscular Dystrophy is looking for a caregiver to help on school nights from approximately 6:00 to 10:30. Duties can include helping with daily chores, preparing dinner, helping with homework etc. Additional hours on weekends, afternoons and mornings potentially available.
Two young men, both 15, enjoy video games, computers, and gym related activities. They are seeking persons with the same interests.
We are also recruiting for school age youth, male and female that requires part-time supports both before and after the school days. Family Habilitation/Foster Care opportunities are also available.
