CORRELATIONS COORDINATOR

Responsibilities include the facilitation of correlations using a database that consists of educational objectives and page references for elementary textbook publications. The position is responsible for generating computer correlations by providing inputs into a database, as well as matching textbook content and skills in the database. Candidates must possess a degree in Education with a minimum of 1 year primary school teaching experience with knowledge of educational requirements in order to make matches between our programs and the skills/objectives requested by schools, districts and states. Strong Math and Reading knowledge is preferred. Candidates must also possess strong skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the PC platform. REQUISITION #219056

SENIOR IPR COORDINATOR

Position provides support to DAM system users on phone, via e-mail and in person. Train users in DAM system in-person and via web conferencing. Investigate, report DAM system bugs/feature requests. Monitor and report on DAM system performance and metrics. Team with IT daily on DAM system maintenance. Must be adept with technology. Requires comfort working across broad functions, including IT and production/design. Comfort with teaching and doing presentations is essential. Ability to write about technology in a clear manner is required. Must have top-notch customer service skills. Experience in publishing production or publishing technology preferred. TEMPORARY PROJECT EDITOR - MATH

Responsibilities include editing and rewriting/ writing math textbook manuscript aligned with established guidelines and according to schedule; implementing changes suggested by copy editing and reviewers; working with permissions to secure rights to other published materials; reading professional journals; preparing tearsheets for reprint corrections. Review technology and print products to description. Math editorial background and strong computer skills preferred. Bachelor's degree required REQUISITION #219230

TEMPORARY PROJECT EDITOR - SPANISH

Responsibilities include reading, editing, rewriting and/or writing Spanish textbook materials for primary grades, comparing translations to the English original , and following editorial and language guidelines. Computer literacy and a Bachelor's degree are required; math/science background a plus. Candidate must be proficient tin English and Spanish. REQUISITION #219670
